Poor service and disconnect every time

Sir

i have a landline number that connect with a broadband.and i am troubling before two weeks do to phone disconnect, broadband speed low (40-55 KBps), every time its connect and disconnect broadband, (led blinking after two minutes).

and the phone gives the sound if any call receive with broadband connect.

plz solved my problem earlier to earlier.

my broadband plan is 750 (with incoming free.).
