The customer care relationship centre of Airtel of Rajajinagar Bangalore, shocked me when its executive behaved arrogantly snubbing my problem of not having issued a acknowledgment of the submitted documents and vehemently suggesting me that it was my responsibility to ask for a receipt. The lady executive shamelessly flirting with her male counterpart when I'm speaking out my problem to her and the colleague ignoring my request with sheer disrespect... Hope a brand like airtel can afford executives at customer care centers with some civility
