New connection delay

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have applied for a BSNL land line connection on 04 Nov. But I didn’t get the connection till now. When I gave the application, company informed me that they will give the connection within one week and I paid sum of Rs.500/-.

Please help me in this case.
