I am using broadband service from bsnl from June and the problem was that it got disconnected after every 15 minutes. When complaint about the same to the bsnl office, they sent an engineer for sorting the problem, but he told that there is an virus problem in your computer that is why its getting disconnected. Again we called them up and they told the same thing. yesterday when i came back from New Zealand I checked the connection and settings which is set by bsnl engineer which was fully wrong and than i changed the whole settings and started the internet. Than i called the bsnl office and they send an engineer and he checked it and said that its working now.
So my problem is that I want all refund of bill which i paid in past 10months as it is of no use using internet for 15minutes.
