I had submitted application for cancellation of Land Line Phone No.040-23041827 to the Commercial Officer, BSNL, Lingampally, Hyderabad duly returning Phone Instrument in the month of January. Even after 3 months time we have not received the refund amount.

Hence I request you please verify the matter and arrange to refund back my money immedaitely.
