I have been using bsnl broadband services satisfactorily since june. from june the broadband has stopped working. i have been lodging complaints on the helpline, getting docket nos, somebody calls and asks if the system is working and the complaint is closed. i again repeat the cycle the next day. this has been going on for last one month and the broadband is still not working. i have emailed to the concerned dgm's but have got no response. they also do not pick up calls to their mobile phones. i am at a loss as to where to address this problem. as a last resort i will have to surrender this connection and may be file a case in the consumer forum.
