My BSNL consumer number is 04302530057. (SHOLAVARAM TELEPHONE EXCHANGE). I am using this broadband service for the past 3 years and i am happy with it. Now for the past one week, the internet speed is very slow and the pages are not opening at all. I tried to book the complaint in he toll free number 1500 and 1504 as mentioned in the monthly bill but the operator status was busy and my line got connected continuously. Kindly do the needful and help me out to register a compliant and to provide service for the connection at the earliest.
