I had applied for BSNL Broadband connection transfer in the month of january from West Tambaram to Selaiyur. Based on this request my connection for number 22263432 was disconnected on 18/01. (PFA the transfer order), but the connection for the new address was given only in the month of May with the new number as 22293487.

The following are the issues I have regarding this transfer:.

1. I find in my online login account that bills have been generated for the entire period for which I did not have connection i.e Feb '11, Mar'11, Apr'11 for which I cannot pay.

2. The new bill generated for the month of May'11 is in the old number i.e.22263432 for which I need to pay but the number is wrong.
