I Raja Viswanathan purchaser of the Nokia C3-01 handset on 23/04 vide Bill # P.BES/513 from UniverCell Telecommunications India Pvt Ltd, Besant Nagar, Chennai - 90 here by would like to complain about the pains I am facing after my purchase.
The handset gets hot within 5 minutes of attending any calls and has severly burnt my ear, the mobile gets hot even when it gets charged. I have addressed this issue with the dealer who has tuned a deaf ear to me.
I am being asked to go here and there to differnet places just to get no answer and also I am not that stable to move allround for this cause. My grievance has not been heard to and this is causing serious health issues to me.
My mobile panel shows the burnt marks of the mobile getting heated up.
Please take this complaint and address this on priority.
We appreciate your earliest support in this instance.
