I have got BSNL lanline number and broadband connection on the same number. I took unlimited broadband usage plan (Rs 750). The monthly bill comes around (750 200).
But the line never worked properly even after multiple complaints. If the phone itself doesn't work how can they charge me for using broadband??
I did not pay the last bill, so they have disconnected the number, the phone is now Dead. But, still they are sending me the monthly bill every month. I do not want to pay any pending bills as I have not used any services. Can someone please suggest what to do?
Please escalate to concerned authority.
I want this connection to be cut. Also, I don't want to pay the bills either.
