My Name is Kalpana Gupta my Tata indicom mobile number is-9223326772. I have been Getting unwanted Sms's fom the service provider like Love tips, News update, Numerology, Vastu tips which in my knowledge i have never subscribe for, how ever in spite of repeated calls to the service provider i'm still getting the sms. I have Sent an official complaint to the service provider on November 17 below is the reply from the company but as of Date November 22 no action has been taken.
