BSNL fails to rectify my problem

Sir,

I C. Narsing Rao resident of Bela Colony, Shalibanda, Hyderabad using BSNL, Excel prepaid Power Pack Service i.e. 94402-38748.

I would like to bring to you that, from last two weeks while giving a complaint to the customer care i.e. on 9400024365 again & again after 24 hours. B'se whenever I give a complaint they are asking me to wait for 24hous. If not solved please call us. My complaints are i.e. AP201209795, AP2512091037 & AP2912094903.

My Complaint is :

BSNL has launched a new scheme i.e. per second/1 paisa plan. Once we recharge the STV45 according to there add given on "http://bsnl.co.in/service/attractive_tariff/ attractive_tariff1.htm"

National Roaming/home LSA

- Local and STD on own network @ 1p/sec

- Local and STD on other network @ 1.2p/sec

1 p/sec for incoming calls on roaming

Tariff validity 1 year

Right now I am in Bangalore :

But the same was not happening while I am in roaming. After e-recharging a STV45 on 20.12.09 from Hyderabad by my brother in law & after 10 or 15 minutes when I received a call i.e. 919347810462 by 15.39. My call duration was 1.26 minute but deduction was Rs.2/- & after that I made a call to 08482243448 call duration is 1.56 minutes but deducted 1.66 paisa, complaint No. AP201209795 asked me to wait for 24hours.

I made a call from Bangalore to AP No. 919440170342 by 21.04 & my call duration was 55 seconds but deducted 68 paisa. My complaint No. AP2512091037.

I received a call from 04044612900 by 14.10 & my call duration was 29 seconds but deducted 91 paisa. My complaint No. AP2912094903.
