Delay in getting new broadbank connection with new phone connection

Hi

I have approached the BSNL person for getting new broad band connection.

I have approached him and gave advance of Rs 500 two months back.

After 25 days they have given reference number for that process.

Two months passed away. Every week we are approaching the BSNL office for getting new connection. But they are saying that due to insufficient cable to give connection they are not able to give the connection

The cable may be insufficient for one week or two week. But how come it is insufficient for more than 2 months? If so why BSNL persons are getting RS 500 advance. I have waited for more than 2 months. I just got simply tension only.

What is the solution for this?

What kind of actions are taking for these kind of persons in Government offices speciall BSNL?
