Message sending Failed

I am a Custmor of BSNL Jharkhand circle... After start of this tariff, I can/t send text messages...

I am in urgent need of sending message... How i can get rid of this problem... I can't change my no due to various buissness constraints... This problem sucks

I have contacted Custmor care but everytime they said this problem will be solved in 24 hrs

What should be done??

If any body faced the same situation plz help me...
