Wrong deduction as per tarriff

Dear Sir,

I had activated night tarriff on my number 919956207288 on 25.12. but till now that tarriff isnt working, i had launch several complaints about same matter to the customer care but still my complaint is not been sort out.

They are not responding me each and every time they tell me the same answer " aaj se kaam karega".

Plaese look after the matter and help me.
