Disturbing via sms

Hello sir,

iam requesting u give a details of this mobile, no is (9475809797) iam getting disturbing abusing messages frm this no and when i try to call operator says switch off. so i hope as soon as possible plz give me a details of this number to my email id. Otherwise i have to go legal way.
