New Activation

Sir,

I have taken 2 New MTS Sim Cards, the numbers are-9136201571, 913620157

From last 1 month my number is not being activated. i contacted the shop "Harsh Telecom" in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, New Delhi from where i have purchased the sim, he gave me the number of Old Kondli outlets, i contacted him also he said that it will be activated in next few hours, but nothing has been done so far.

I also went to one of the outlets of MTS in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, New Delhi for getting my number activated, but they said we will help you only when you will purchase a new connection from our outlet.

I just want to say 1 thing, For a new Company like MTS if these types of services will be provided to the customer then who will take the new Connections of MTS.
