BSNL Post Paid Sim - Problems in Network

Hi,

I am using a BSNL Post Paid connection 9422439182 since September. Now that its been nearly 6 years, the current SIM card is giving me problems by not detecting BSNL network even in areas of high network availablity. At times, my calls get disconnected after short durations or even on receival of calls.

I have noticed that these problems have been occuring after the 3G introduction. I do agree that my SIM may be old to support the 3G facility. Hence I would want my SIM to be replaced.

Please help.
