Phone Dead

Dear Sir,

My phone (NO:07925830625) is dead since 4-1. I have complained pesonally to exchange officers, lineman, and also ph.no:25435858 as well as on the computerized complaint service on 25832198. But still its dead. Complaine docket no: 04711 Dt: 4-1 and 05823 Dt: 17-1.What can I do
