FROM 29-10 MY TELEPHOME IS NOT WORKING.
BSNL IS CLOSING THE COMPLAINTS WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM.
I GAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINT AT EXCHANGE, BUT THEY DID NOT
ACCEPTED. NEXT DAY IT STARTED WORKING FOR A DAY .
PRASAD CALLED FROM EXCAHNGE AND SHOUTED AT US SAYING YOU NEVER COMPLAINED USING 198. BUT ABOVE SAID COMPLAINT RAISED USING 198.
As and When the complaint is closed I am raising new complaint and BSNL
is closing without attending the problem.
And also they told us it will take som time, cancel the phone if dont like.
I complained with AREA MANAGER, but no use.
FROM LAST THREE MONTHS MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING.
I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED WITH BSNL SERVICE.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
