I paid Telephone bill online but not reflected in the billing

Hi,

I paid BSNL landline bill today through Online (the amount is 3347/-rs)

amount is deducted from my account but payment is not updated in the site.

the payment i made through ABNA amro bank. and the reference number is (BSNL Bangalore Payment Ref No.:BSN5278429)

my phone number is 080-25841830

and last month by mistake Phone bill is paid Two times. even in the amount paid it shows double amount of bill. how will u adjust this amount. and how can i claim back my amount.
