Refund of security

I had telephone connection till 21-8-09 whose telephone number was 0299734.then I deposited telephone instrument on21-08-09in your Jaisalmer office whose received receipt enclosed with this email.

I tried too many times for refund of my remaining amount (security money) but always they gave nonsense reasons and said wait few days.

Now I will go to consumer court and Higher authorities if I don’t get my security money within seven day .now you also give me interest of security because your office used my money more than 6th months.
