There is a persitance disturbance in the landline connection from BSNL at our home (Telephone number : 033 25707165) for past 3 months. Even after making repeating complains at the BSNL customer care/exchange, they have not resolved the problem. The phone is practically out of service for past 3 months due to the same. We are continously paying the bills for service that we have not been able to utilize. It is causing us lots of inconvenience in our day to day life. We kindly request you to help us in resolving the same.
