Plan changed

Hi,

i sent sms 'M3G120' to 53733 frm my Sony Ericsson W700i mobile out of my curiosity in 3G. i thought it wont change anything and 'll only add some extra services if eligible. but got confirmtn msg saying 'Your plan has been changed to EXCEL 3G-GENERAL'! hw can i change bk it to Student Suvidha, my old plan? i enquired in some shops but they dont knw bout this since its a new thing. also customer cares r busy 2day.
