Mobile Balance Not Updated Even After Successful Recharge Through BSNL Portal Online Recharge Facility

I have recharged my mobile (mobile no :09432692542) through BSNL Portal Online Recharge facility on 10th Feb. My transaction id is 'Txt1002201001075' . The status was successful and amount of Rs 55/- was debited from my bank account but my mobile balance is not updated till date. I have registered two complaints through Customer Care services (Complain no : 5154119, 5188910) with no effect at all.
