Hi,
We are having one BSNL landline in the my mother's name. We are shifted to our new flat which was hardly 50 feet away from the flat in which we were earlier staying. We had apply for shifting this landline to our new flat on 22nd June.
But still it is not shifted. Eralier we were told that there is no cable in our building for BSNL connection. Now all the telecommunication companies are providing their services in my building. Even I have one Reliance wired landline and Tataindicom wired broadband.
I can't understand why only BSNL is not providing their their serices to their customers?
