MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE NOVEMBER WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS UNDER GROUND FAULT BY BSNL SDO PHONES INSPITE OF NOT FUNCTIONING OF THE PHONE THERE IS REPEATEDLY BILL AROUND 750.00 COMING EVERY MONTH DUE TO BROADBAND CHARGES. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE TELEPHONE IS NOT GOT IN ORDER AND DUE TO REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT..
WHAT IS THE TREGDY TO PAY EVERYTIME EVEN THE PHONE IS NOT FUNCTIONING. UNLESS YOU ARE ALSO DEBARRED FROM MAKING COMPLAINTS EVEN.AND STILL THE CHARGES ARE BEING APPLIED TILL THE UNFORTUNATE TIME IS OVER.
