Illegal deductions from prepaid connections

Yesterday (14th March) I want to make an international call to the numbers: 0096899015920, 0096825692342, 0096892253927 of Gulf countries and 0019165994963 of USA but even before having any conversation I got my account was charged for 5-6 times and I have almost lost Rs. 100 for the same. My mobile number is 9437283579.
