Frequent disconnection

Sir / madam

i have a bsnl land line connection at my home, it gets disconnected frequently. last month it remained disconnected for more than 15 days, and the company is charging rent for whole month. if company is not giving services for 15 days in a month than they shouldn't charge the rent for whole month. pls help what should i do.
