You charged me for blackberry sevices even after my services were terminated by your customer care reps three times, i confirmed the same thrice. Post that in my present bill you still charge me for these services. What is your customer care, eyewash? I reported my cellphone missing to your executives and even asked for discontinuation of servies, yet you chage me for these services on my bi9l? I even have a FRI saying that my phone is tolen, how can you people be so irresponsible. You're customer care is absolutley ridiculous, they're rude, not helpful at all, refuse to give a reference no. if asked for and completely treat you like non- entity's.
