I am having a land line phone in Palarivattom exchange 0484 2331006 and i had shifted my residence from 35/1764A, south Janatha Road to my new address (Present address) two years back and even now they are sending my landline bills and mobile bills to my old address which i am not receiving and i am often not able to make payment in time and my phone gets disconnected. so i request you to take up the matter with BSNL authorities to make necessory changes in their mailing address to my present address.
