Espected sir/madam
i am staying in ground plus 4 building where i have purchased 2 floors and the remaining 3 floors are with the original landlordsince last 3.4 years.our land lord has installed tower and the big generator set on our roof terrace without our consent, without local nagarpalika consent and without any strucutural enginner certifiacate and this tower and the dg set is causing lot of noise poolutuion to us as we are leaving on the top floor
also we have a maternity hospital on the mezznine floor of the same building so the tower is not ideally alllowed still inspite of lot of comlaints nobody is listing to us what should we do to remove this illegal tower and the dg set which is installed illegally without our and nagarpalikas consent
