To BSNL,
My self Mohammad Khan using BSNL Lanline connection (08599 274388) from 12 Years, long back around 3 years back phone is started giving troubles and we keep asking to telephone exchange officer and spoken to BSNL customer care but there is no proper response and we also a bit ignored and finally few days back the phone working completely stopped and again when I ask to BSNL exchange office, they are keep making us to wait much and very irresponsible in handling customers. So I am requesting please avoid those who are very irresposible at their business and give a chance youngers of India and make move things towards in grwoing BSNL.
