Sir,
Before some days, the BSNL has given schemes for Free Call and Free Local & STD messeges. One scheme of them was "Recharge with Rs.31 and get 2000 Local SMS &1000 STD SMS." So, near 3rd June, I have Recharged with Rs. 31 to get 2000 Local & 1000 Std SMS after confirming to the Customer Executive caliing on 24365.
From the day of recharge to till today I often call to customer care to know my message balance but every time the customer executive puts me on HOLD to get information and after holding me 4 to 8 minutes he cuts my call. Every next time when I call he says this time your Call won't cut. But he cuts my call. And I tired to call them now, Because every time He insults the Customer and Customer is a human, how many time he will suffer his insult like this. And till today I don't know how many messages company gave me & how many messages left in my account. I have recording of this Call as a proof.
Sir, I trust you. And I hope You will help the Customer. So, please please please Sir, do actions as soon as you can... Because I am not the only customer who is suffering from this problem but may be there are a no. of customers who are suffering from this problem..
