New Sim Activation

Hello Sir

My name is Ishan Ojha. I have changed my sim from BSNL office Bajaj Nagar Jaipur. My Number is 9414782550 and I have converted my 2G plan to 3G.

Still I have my new sim as well as I keep my old sim. I don't understand why they provided me new sim without handover my old sim. My new sim is not activated. I have again deactivate my 3G connection due to bad signal.

please sort out this problem anyone can help me.
