My complaint is that I have received sms from 85581030 that Your subscription to BSNL MVDO 30 service hs been renewed for Rs30. If you want to Deactivate send "UNSUBMVDO30" TO 58558. I sent an sms to deactivate the same on 30-6 at 12.32 pm. After that i received an sms from 58558 cellone prepaid center that "Your BSNL MVDO 30 Subscription has been renewed."
Why the BSNL renewed my MVDO even after deactivating the MVDO. I want Rs.30 to be recredited to my prepaid account.
Early action will be highly appreciated.
