My name is Dinesh and i have complained regarding my mother's mobile number 9444738008 with BSNL customer car. But i did not get any response. My mom's mobile balance went to a negative balance of -9.68. The customer care agent says that it is for outgoing call. Another agent says that it is for some service. My question is how would the balance go to negative for a local call that i made from my home town. Also i have written about this to the nodal officers. Still i have not received any reply from them too.
Last time i faced the same kind of problem for my network issues. Even then i did not get a reply from the nodal officers. After escalating to the next level i got it resolved. I am totally fed up of this netword, the customer care officers and the nodal officers. I would like you to have this complaint registered on upon them on behalf of all BSNL customers who face the same problem
