Unable to connect to mobile numbe

Hi,

I have a mobile number 8805989066. When people are trying to call me from BSNL numbers they are not able to connect to my number. Many people have complained me about this and I have checkd this with many BSNL landline phones. I checked with my service provider (IDEA, Pune) and everything seems to be working fine from their side. I was not abel to call to BSNL customer care so finally i had to file a complaint regarding this. Can you please check this and let me know what exactly is the problem?
