Hai sir. My mobile no. is 9441137080.. There is a problem with BSNL service. The problem is, iam not able to call to cutomer care number. Whenever i dialled to that no. it says "the no. is busy". Iam facing this problem from 2 months. This looks like a silly problem.. But without contacting cutomercare how can i know new offers in our network.. kindly tel me how can i over come this.
