Avtivation of service (devotional alarm) without concent, not deactivating now, useless costumer care executives

I am a BSNL user from mansa, punjab.having same problem on my number 9417648288, devotional alarm is now being deactivated from last 3 months, costumer care buddies r making me fool, every time i call they say that my complaint has been registered and devotional alarm will be deactivated in 24 hours, but nothing happens

two of my complaint numbers are F301674633 and G261861263

beside this i wanna say the costumer care of BSNL is all mess, they dont know anything
