Nokia mobile sound very less in all speakers

I purchased nokia 3120 classic mobile phone on 28/06, and I have extended warranty also. I visited to nokia care service center 4 to 5 times

but problem not rectified. I am facing problem in sound i.e. loudspeaker sound is very very less, ringer sound is also less. They had changed speakers, software updated but problem is same. Plz help me now i am not able to use this mobile phone so i want replacement of this mobile set.
