I am a customer of your company since last 10yrs. For last 02 to 03yrs.my landline is remaining under b/d very often. I am also a broadband user. In the comeitition time your company is giving so many offers for the new customers, whereas I am unnecessary paying the monthly bill without using the broadband at the time of my necessity and requirement.
Therefore I am requesting you to kindly provide better service.
