Our BSNL Phone number 0522-2476003 is out of order since past more than 4 months. We are also having broadband connection on the same line. This is our official phone & because of its nonfunctuanality our work is badly suffering.
We are getting regular bills for this number but inspite of our several complaints & personal visit to the exchange the phone line has been not yet rectified.
You are requested to please look into this matter & get it rectified immediately.
