BSNL
Phone connection & broad band connection not working

I am using the BSNL No. 0251-2402837 with broad band connection last 27/08 we are log the complaint but still our phone connection & broad band connection not working, so many times we are visit the concern dept but still wetting for response.

I request you please solve the our problem as earliest
