I had bought a data card from web world new friends colony- no. 9311197851 on payment of rs2300 on 29/7/10.After nearly 3 days services were stopped saying negative address varification. However nobody ever came for address varification. After contacting web world i was asked to submit the address proof which i did (original mtnl bill). Inspite of repeated visits the services never resumed. Repeatedly i was told that the services would soon resume. Now i am being forced to pay the outstanding bill money (? 300.00) inspite of my card being terminated. Icalled up customer care but no response? web world staff is proposing to issue a new card but after submission of previos card, refilling the form, submission of all documents again and payment of money again. I am confused as i feel cheated and misguided. If the beginning is such than how can i agree for thejouney with you.i am user of other net services also but yours is the worst.
