TELEPHONE FAULTY UNATTENDED

Dear Sir,

My land phone above referred was not working completely since 7/ 07. Repeated fault booking were done but no response from BSNL.

It is a full negligence from BSNL. Despite my remi nder to the Accounts Officer T.R. 1, O/O PGMT,

BSNL, Ernakulam. and the Engineer at Kalamasery Telephone exchange, no action was taken until the last week. Only thing they have done is fault booking No: Q583 dated 8/7 was changed to U 449 dated 13/ 8.And when the Telephine bill came I found that they have levied full bi month rent and ring back tone charge which I've repetedly inssisting upon them to cut off. Another thing to bring into your notice is that ringing tone seems to be ubruptly cutoff.

Kindly go through my complaint and do the needful to instruct the concerned authority for appropriate action as early as possible.
