I've done a recharge of my PRE PAID BSNL number 9478556900 on 06/09, payment id 0019931718, for Rs.200/- from Axis Bank a/c but the recharge has failed & my account got debited, despite complaining BSNL on centre number 1503 the kept me waiting to talk to senior for as long as 34 minutes and gave excuses like they have tie-up only with PNB, though Axis Banks I-connect (Internet Banking). Thrice they connected but everytime they kept me on hold and then disconnected. There sit had a provision for mailing complaint but it doesn't work. I'm really surprised how do this organization works without email ID to contact. Kindly help out to get my money reimbursed.
