Wrong Bill and Fake Charges

I am surendra kumar from Hyderabad holding Airtel Broadband and fixedline phone. Airtel is harassing me from last 3 months for there wrongly billed amount of 1500.

I have been wrongly billed with extra 1500 Rs in my monthly Broadband plan. It is being billed since July. I have raised about 15-20 requests complaints but none of those are resolved yet. Now airtel people are calling me everyday for pending bill payments. Recently raised complaint nos are 3838596, 2880500
