De-activation of devotional services

Respected sir,

I am customer of BSNL mobile services, my mobile no is 91 9491 512910, unnecessary Devotional services has been activiated for my mobile, but i dont want that service, but i dnt have service provider customer care number (direct), so kindly take my complaint and de activate this service, other wise i'll change BSNL.
