Respected Sir,
For your kind information, i am informing you that during 11 and 12 Aug my bsnl 2G service is by default converted to the 3G service (according to bsnl customer care). I am using Rs. 300/- monthly free local calls own network service but due to bsnl internal network or other service problem my local call charges become Rs. 1/local call and therefore i was losed Rs. 30/- (approximately). NOTE: Moreover when i was contacting with BSNL customer care, my call charges was Rs 1 per minutes.
Regular correspondence with bsnl customer care currently my free local call service is active but my account did not credit with Rs. 30/-. I did contact through email with CMD-BSNL, Customer Service Centre -CM (General Managers) etc. many times but i feel that they is not interested to consider my complain.
So please as soon as take appropriate and immediate action on my complain.
